Program Includes: 30 days of Unlimited Yoga and 5 Exclusive Meetings/Practice
Meetings/Practice: 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, and 2/11 (Sundays 2:30-5pm)
Yoga Practice: Minimum of 5 classes a week at Still Yoga in any class that fits your schedule (with the exception of the 7am classes that are cash only), plus a special Sunday practice, exclusively for the participants of the 30 Day Yoga Transformation Program. And a minimum of 2 restorative classes during the 30 days.
Home Practice: Minimum of 15 minutes, two days per week
Rest Day: One day per week is set aside as an optional rest day or for a restorative yoga class.
Meditation: Sunday meetings will include meditation and provide instruction for home mediation practice.
